More Wii games.
Zelda: The twilight princess.
Ok, Zelda has always been a legacy for Nintendo, the first I encountered was "The legend of zelda" then "ocarina of time" on the n64 which was a toughie, followed by "Majoras mask" which sent me into a coma for 6 months due to it's complexity.
Both of these had fantastic graphics, great game play and evil puzzles to solve, but nothing that had prepared me for The Twilight princess.
The graphics are fantastic, The environment is tactile. I think if I had to choose the single item that made the look of the game for me was the water.
Water is quite often a little ropey in games, it doesn't flow or reflect quite right but in this game they have nailed it. The dynamics are mind boggling.
With this new game you still have the interaction with your enviroment that you have always had in the zelda games but this one gives you a few more levels. With the ability to turn into a wolf you are given the gift of being able to talk to the animals, listen to spirits and follow scents which can gain you valuable info.
In human form you also have a horse for transport etc. and the ability to call a hawk for attacking or grabbing inaccesable items.
The basic story at the start is that the twilight has engulfed Hyrule and stolen the light from the spirits of light and you have to get it back. Of course it's not that simple (it never is) and once again you must hack and slash your way across the land gathering more pieces as you go.
Summary:
Graphics: 10/10
Wow!
Gameplay: 10/10
Like all the zelda's you will get drawn in and totally enjoy the experience.
Longevity: 10/10
The only issue, is it will take you an age to complete and you will enjoy every moment of it. Once you are finished however, not a game you may play much.
Overall: 10/10
Conclusion:
Truly magnificent! smoothly laid out, puzzles galore and the usual trickery that goes with the Zelda logo. Hours and hours of great gaming.

Wii games cont.
Warioware: Smooth moves.
Ok how do I explain for those who haven't played the first incarnation on the DS "Warioware: inc", here goes. A total mind fuddling, bonce breaking load of japanesey nonsense fest of epic proportions and it's great.
Basically...... no not possible to explain.
This game utilises the wand to it's full potential, giving you samurai style training in the art of wand use and all the different forms.
With each level you learn a new form of wand use from the sketch artist to the elephant, the waiter to the samurai you will learn lots of different ways to hold the wand and perform the tasks you are set.
Each level brings a series of mini games one after another in quick succession, you get three lives for each level an each mini game gives you about 5 - 10 seconds to complete.
The games range from flipping frying pans, bursting balloons, balancing brooms on your hand to driving cars and drawing. They are all bonkers, totally and utterly bonkers.
The graphics are very animé, a cross between power puff girls and dragon ball z.
Summary:
Graphics: 10/10
fantastic but Maybe not for everyone as some will see them as kiddy. Depends on your point of view.
Game play: 10/10
Great fun on your own but better with mates. Beer, mates and let the insanity commence.
Longevity: 10/10
Again one of those games that you will keep playing on and off, it will come out at christmas, party's with your kids or when you have mates round.
Overall: 10/10
Conclusion:
OMG! If you like a touch of silliness in your life then this is the game for you.
